She formed strong bonds and friendships here while remaining close to her precious circle of lifelong friends, the “Fugs.” She then lived in Kentucky starting in the early seventies - adopted by the southern warmth of Kentucky. She was born in Schuyler County and grew up in Watkins Glen. Her bright smile greeted everyone at the Y for many years and she fully embraced the Y’s community and values.Īnn was a proud yankee from upstate New York. Her garden was her happy place and she loved sharing her knowledge and passion for plants, flowers, birds and the outdoors with anyone who would listen.Īnn was an ardent believer in the power of education and helping others. Truly one of a kind.Īnn possessed an unwavering dedication to her daughters, Liza and Meg, and her entire family. She was a beacon of kindness and light and was absolutely adored by so many.
